What data we collect
Forms may request a name, email address, telephone number, company, logistics addresses, service details and uploaded documents. For medical transport, do not submit patient names, personal identification numbers, medical results or other personal medical data.
Why we use the data
We use the information to assess the request, communicate an offer, prepare and perform contracted services and meet legal obligations. The basis may be steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation or our legitimate interest in responding to the request.
Who may receive the data
Data is accessible to authorised personnel and, where necessary, providers involved in website hosting, form transmission, courier, transport, customs or professional services. Requests submitted through the public forms are forwarded to our email address by FormSubmit, a service operated by Devro LABS. We provide only the information necessary for the relevant purpose.
Sensitive documents
We do not collect identity-document copies, bank details, medical results or other high-risk documents through the public form. If assessing the enquiry requires such documents, the HIT Concept team will separately explain the purpose, necessary documents and appropriate transmission channel.
Retention and rights
We retain data as long as necessary for the request, contractual relationship and legal periods. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, by emailing info@hitconcept.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
